Jeff has over 30 years of experience in the Vermont real estate industry, founding J.L. Davis Realty in 1986, along with Jeff Davis and Greg Dirmaier. Jeff and his co-founders established a premier, full service commercial, industrial, and retail real estate firm specializing in brokerage, leasing, development services, and site selection. Jeff has been involved in many of the transactions that have driven the retail, industrial, and office environment in Chittenden County and throughout Vermont for a generation. With extensive knowledge of property development and the permitting process in the State of Vermont, Jeff is well positioned to assist in a wide array of real estate opportunities.
