| Rick's twenty years of commercial development and real estate has proven to be a valuable asset to the J.L. Davis Realty Team. Since joining J.L. Davis Realty in August of 1996, Rick has sold and leased over $70,000,000 of commercial property. After graduating from the University of Vermont in 1986, Rick worked in the resort development industry in a variety of positions leading up to Project & General Manager at a favorite local lakeside resort. He is a member of the Chittenden Commercial Real Estate Association (CCREA), Vermont Commercial Investment Board of Real Estate (CIBOR) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Rick resides in Essex Junction with his wife and their two children. He enjoys boating, skiing, tennis and baseball.
