Hillary has been working for J.L. Davis Realty since November of 2000. With a focus on Development and Commercial Real Estate, Hillary works on the marketing, leasing, buying and selling of office, retail and industrial space.

Before joining the J.L. Davis Realty team, Hillary worked in Property Management and Development for J.L. Davis, Inc., and Taft Corners Associates. Prior to moving back to Vermont from San Francisco, Hillary worked in marketing and was the Associate Editor for an ecommerce website.

Hillary is the Co-Chairman of the Chittenden Commercial Real Estate Assocation (CCREA), and was the co-founder of the Vermont Commercial Real Estate Magazine.

A Native Vermonter, Hillary graduated from Hamilton College in Clinton, New York in 1997. She enjoys running with her dog, skiing, playing tennis, and reading. Hillary lives in Burlington with her husband and two children.
