Sandy Dibbell has been the Office Manager for J.L. Davis Realty since 1997 and is involved in all aspects of the real estate business. Especially beneficial to the company is her background in computer hardware and software and her political experience from her years working for the late Governor Snelling.

Sandy lives in Waterbury and spends her free time listening to music, reading trashy novels, and traveling to places where people believe in staying warm.
