Jeff has worked in the Vermont real estate business for over 30 years. Founding J.L. Davis Realty in 1986, Jeff, along with Jeff Davis and Greg Dirmaier, established a premier, full service commercial, industrial, and retail real estate firm specializing in brokerage, development services, and site selection. The company collectively has more than 80 years of experience in commercial sales and leasing, as well as development, permitting, and construction. Jeff has been involved in many of the transactions that have driven the retail, industrial, and office environment in Chittenden County and throughout Vermont for a generation.
